WebSo I'm looking into an issue with a few surface pro 9s where the on screen keyboard doesn't auto appear even when there's no typercover or keyboard attached. It doesn't even seem to detect tablet mode. I've tried playing about with all the settings that should enable the touch keyboard but don't know what else to try. WebSelect Start > Power > Shut down and wait a moment for your Surface to shut down. Then press and hold the power button for 20 seconds. If you see the logo screen appear after a few seconds, continue to hold for the full 20 seconds until you see the logo screen again.
